The Altar Valley Conservation Alliance's Elkhorn/Las Delicias (Elk/LD) Restoration Demonstration Project showcases planning, installation, and monitoring of watershed restoration practices in ephemeral arroyos and associated uplands and tributaries in a flash flood dominated landscape of the Altar Valley.
